University Health Network, Toronto, Ontario: The Breast Restoration Program at UHN is a center of excellence that provides comprehensive treatment to post-mastectomy patients from across Canada.

They have a free downloadable booklet which was written for women who are thinking out breast reconstruction, either after a mastectomy or as a preventative measure for a positive BRCA gene. 

Rethink Breast Cancer:  A bold charity that helps young and youngish people (ages 20-49) affected by and concerned about breast cancer through innovative education, research and support programs.

Rethink Breast Cancer survey. If you are Canadian woman between the ages 20-49 who has been diagnosed with breast from 2005 to today you are invited to participate in an online survey.
